Installing Webmin for Centos 5

It's very simple to installing or setting up DNS server, FTP or LAMP server using webmin. But for Centos, there is no package are made for it specify. But this articles are made for solve this problem. Because Centos are derivative from commercial RHEL, then we can use their package for Centos too



Here is the link for download Webmin for Centos 5.

After download, you may check if there is any webmin version are already installed on your server by this command :

rpm -qa|grep webmin

if there are any result, then first remove it by this command :

rpm -e webmin-xx-version

then installing the new package from the link above using :

rpm -ivh webmin-noarch--xxx.rpm

Done.
